Privacy Policy
Purpose and scope
This private, non-commercial application is used exclusively by its owner to automate tasks within the owner's own Google account. It is not offered to other users.
Google user data accessed
Depending on the functions authorized by the owner, the application may access Gmail messages and settings, Google Calendar events, Google Drive files, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Contacts.
How data is used
Google user data is used solely to retrieve information or perform actions explicitly requested or configured by the account owner, such as reading and organizing email, managing calendar entries, and working with files, documents, contacts, and spreadsheets.
Storage and protection
OAuth credentials and tokens are stored locally on systems controlled by the owner and protected by operating-system access controls and encrypted secret storage where applicable. Retrieved data may be stored locally only when required for the owner's personal workflows.
Sharing and disclosure
Google user data is not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to data brokers or unrelated third parties. Data is shared only when explicitly directed by the owner or when technically necessary to provide a workflow selected by the owner.
Artificial intelligence and advertising
Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. It is not used for advertising, profiling, retargeting, credit decisions, or marketing.
Retention and deletion
Local data is retained only for as long as needed by the owner's personal workflows and can be deleted by the owner at any time. Access can be revoked through the Google Account connections page; locally stored OAuth tokens can also be removed from the application.
